2020 Asian Model Festival Face of Asia with EDGC, ‘Face of Thailand’ was held at 5pm on the 12th (local time) at BITEC Bangna, Bangkok.
AMFOC Chairman Yang Yi Sik, KTCC CEO Hong Ji Hee, Operational Director of AMFOC and EDGC Chairman Shin Sang Cheol, H.Y-GIN CEO Choi Kang Wook, and EDGC Director Na Hee Young appointed the event as judges.
The competition between male and female models was fierce as it was the place to select the best to represent Thailand at Asia’s largest new fashion model contest, ‘FACE of ASIA’.
As a result, the EDGC Prize went to Saknarong Leesim (male, 22 years old), the H.Y-GIN KOREA Prize winner was Sophita Parnputtha (female, 22 years old), Kotchalorn Kankong (female, 22 years old) won the BRIA LAB Prize, and the Tony Moly Prize was awarded to Nassayaporn Lerdpaweerat (female, 16 years old).
KPOP DANCE MASTER Prize was won by Akom Qunnet (male, 16 years old), BTO (Busan Tourism Organization) Prize was won by Ketsaraporn Pongaue (female, 18 years old), and KOWIN Prize was awarded to Thorfun Binsolem (female, 20 years old).

Then the long-awaited TOP4 to get direct tickets to the Seoul finals was announced. The winners to represent India in Korea are Sutthipong (female, 19 years old), Kotchalorn Kankong (female, 22 years old), Saknarong Leesim (male, 22 years old) and Ganticha Williams (female, 22 years old).
In particular, Ganticha Williams drew attention for her charismatic walking, posing, and movements that seemed like she was dancing.
On this day, famous entertainers and celebrities such as May-Ravisara and Narongrit Ounburoom were shining at the national event in Thailand. Especially Boondaree Jitreengam, who was the 'Face of Thailand' in 2013, won the Grand Prix of the largest model festival in this part of the world FACE of ASIA and demanded as a global model nowadays. Boondaree, who attended this year’s Face of Thailand’ as a TOP4 presenter, said, “Face of Asia Grand Prix, Asia’s largest model competition, is special. I was able to expand my field of activity to various countries such as Hong Kong and Singapore through this competition, it was a starting point,” And wished junior models success.
The Face of Asia is an event where the best male and female elite models representing each country are selected. Participants from 25 countries, including Thailand, Mongolia, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Myanmar, Indonesia, China, Singapore, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Middle East, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Cambodia, Laos and others, compete for the chance to advance to the finals. The best model in Asia will be selected in Seoul next year
