2026 FACE of KPOP 참가신청을 통해 취득한 개인정보의 수집·활용, 초상권 사용 및 대회 참가 관련 내용에 대해 지원 당사자의 동의를 얻고자 합니다.

If you don't agree, you cannot participate in the audition.
동의하지 않을 경우 오디션 접수 및 참가 권한이 제한될 수 있습니다.

I agree that the following information will be used in the process of the project.
본인은 본 프로젝트 진행 및 프로모션에 아래와 같은 정보가 활용되는 것에 동의합니다.

1. Purpose of Information Gathering and Utilizing
정보 수집 및 활용 목적
① Operation and Judging of the Competition : Verification of qualifications for 2026 FACE of KPOP participants, judging for the main competition and training sessions, participant management, and communication
대회 운영 및 심사 : 2026 FACE of KPOP 참가자 자격 검증, 본선 및 트레이닝 심사, 참가자 관리 및 연락.

② Casting and Debut Connection : Connecting with major entertainment companies for direct casting auditions, providing portfolio materials, and executing 4D Label winner privileges such as music/music video production
캐스팅 및 데뷔 연계 : 대형 기획사 다이렉트 캐스팅 오디션 연계 및 포트폴리오 자료 제공, 4D Label 우승자 특전(음원/뮤비 제작) 진행.

③ Promotion and Broadcasting : Production of competition-related content, global broadcasting, press releases, and utilization of official SNS/marketing channels, including portrait rights.
홍보 및 방송 송출 : 대회 관련 콘텐츠 제작, 글로벌 방송 송출, 언론 보도 및 공식 SNS/마케팅 채널 활용

2. Information Provided by the Applicant
수집하는 개인정보 항목

① Basic Personal Information : Name(Real name/English name), Age/Date of Birth, Nationality, Residence, E-mail, Contact Number.
기본 인적사항 : 성명(실명/영문명), 나이/생년월일, 국적, 거주지, 이메일, 연락처.

② Profile and Physical Information : Height, Weight, body measurements, current agency affiliation status.
프로필 및 신체 정보 : 키(Height), 체중, 신체 사이즈, 소속사 유무.

③ Artist Competency Information : Applied category, Major experience and awards from other auditions/competitions, Personal SNS channel links.
아티스트 역량 정보 : 지원 분야, 주요 경력 및 타 오디션/대회 수상 경력, 개인 SNS 채널 링크.

3. Duration of Retention and Use of Information
정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

1 year from the application deadline (However, portrait rights and video materials produced for broadcasting and promotional content may be retained permanently for the purpose of archiving and promoting the project).
접수 마감일로부터 1년 (다만, 방송 및 홍보 콘텐츠로 제작되어 배포된 초상권 및 영상 자료는 본 프로젝트의 기록 및 홍보 목적으로 지속 보관될 수 있습니다.)
